When having a perfectly posed studio newborn session, it's best to do them within the first few weeks after birth and sometimes that's not so convenient. Maybe you need more time healing at home or time to get nursing figured out. Or let's be honest, it's just hard to get out of the house sometimes, on top of being a couple weeks postpartum. With an in-home newborn session, we have the flexibility of doing them in a larger time frame (1-2 months old) and I come to you.

A lot of the time they end up showing me their room and their favourite toys. They get to feel more at home and part of the process - giving them the chance to warm-up to me faster than in a studio setting.

When you look back at these photos you'll be saying ''Thats what your room looked like when you came home from the hospital". Everything about your home is unique to you.
